Six apartment buildings with a total of 186 apartments in 24 different types: one, two or three-bedroom units, open or closed kitchen, and balcony or garden/patio. The main types are types A, C, D, E, G, H, I, J and L, with the other types being alternative versions of these. Individual storage spaces are located on the ground floor.The forty very spacious single-family homes give the neighbourhood a very varied look, because the facades of each type contrast each other. Houses are available in two types: type N, with L-shaped living room/dining room, kitchen with storage, three bedrooms, bathroom with sink, second toilet, shower and bath and large attic, and type O, with the same square footage but a different layout that allows for certain other choices (such as the open kitchen).
