In 2023, Vesteda tenants’ overall satisfaction rose to 7.2, compared with 7.1 the previous year, according to the annual tenant survey conducted among our tenants by Customeyes. Five years ago, Vesteda scored 6.8.
In its annual tenant survey, Customeyes identifies the needs, experiences and satisfaction of the tenants of 13 residential investors. In addition to general satisfaction, the survey asks tenants about their satisfaction with their homes and the residential environment. In 2023, Vesteda tenants were also more satisfied with their homes (7.5) and living environment (7.7) than they were the previous year.
Management Board member Astrid Schlüter is proud of the survey results. “The survey shows that our tenant satisfaction increased again last year. In addition, as in previous years, our score was once again above the benchmark. We want to learn from the direct feedback provided by our tenants every year and we are now taking a close look at the survey results to find out what we can do to continue to improve tenant satisfaction. A key area for improvement identified in last year’s survey is that we need to make the turnaround time for repair requests shorter and more transparent.”
Customeyes
The tenant survey was conducted in September 2023 by Customeyes, an independent research firm. Customeyes invited 5,800 Vesteda tenants to participate in the survey. The participation rate was close to 37%, making it a representative sample.
