De Draai

‘De Draai’ has 31 energy efficient family homes, both corner and between residences ranging from approximately 117m² to 120m² in 3 types.
The front doors of a large part of the houses are adjacent to a car-free inner area. The ground floor has a spacious living room with open modern kitchen equipped with a combi-oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge/freezer combination and dishwasher.

Situated in the first floor are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom, with a floating toilet, shower with glass shower enclosure and two separate sinks.
The spacious attic floor is accessible by a staircase. Here you will find the setup for the washing machine, dryer and the heat pump installation. Also, the attic has an enclosed space and can be used as a bedroom or study.

All properties have a garden with terrace and the rest of the garden has grass, a detached wooden shed and a paved path leading to the back entrance. As a property boundary there is a dense wooden fence interspersed with mesh walls covered with Hedera.
You can park your car at the designated parking places near the houses. The houses located on the Dotterbloemerf are located on a car-free inner area.
The houses are equipped with a heat pump and (PV / PVT) solar panels, which means that the houses are very energy efficient and gas-free. Your monthly energy bill will be really low.
