The single-family houses are designed in a Scandinavian style and border directly on the water. All houses are located on a peninsula or an island connected to the mainland by a single bridge. The houses are equipped with a water terrace. Living and water are brought together here. The houses have a spacious living room with luxury kitchen with appliances. On the second floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the attic you can reach the fourth bedroom.
