Kolenpark

Vesteda rents 139 2 and 3-room apartments in the 'Kolenpark' complex at the location where the coal used to be for the former power plant at Europapark. Kolenpark was completed in 2019 and consists of 4 residential towers, two of which are located on the Oude Winschoterdiep. The living areas vary from approx. 54 to 87 m². Each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen with Siemens built-in appliances (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, combi-oven and fridge-freezer). The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. From the living room you have access to the balcony. About half of all apartments have a PVC floor.
