Located on the Reitdiep, Vesteda in the Schildersbuurt rents a total of 72 3-room apartments spread over 4 residential towers (Coaster, Clipper, Botter and Bark). The apartments are available in 3 types and have a living area ranging from approx. 79 to 86 m². The residential towers are located on the Reitdiep.

All apartments have a living room with a semi-open kitchen with built-in appliances. Each apartment also has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower and sink. The type A apartments have 2 balconies; one adjacent to the living room and the other adjacent to both bedrooms.

Each apartment has its own (bicycle) storage room on the ground floor. A parking space can be rented separately.
