Five apartment types. Type A has a living room with a slightly removed dining corner, a semi-open kitchen, storage space, a balcony (ground floor apartments with patio), large bedroom, and deluxe bathroom with washbasin, bath and separate shower. The other four types are derived from type A. The variations are in the extra bedroom and the differences in the sizes of the rooms and windows. Type C has a closed kitchen. All apartments have private storage in the basement.
