The building consists of apartments spread out through the higher and lower building. In the surrounding area there are sufficient parking spots. The high building has a closed parking garage with for each house in that building a mandatory parking spot for rent of 47 euro per month. Under the lower building there are optional private parking boxes for rent.
All the apartments are between 51 and 96m2 and in the high building the apartments have 2-3 bedrooms and in the lower building the apartments have 1 bedroom.

In the surrounding area consists of forests, water, heather and the Loosdrechtse plassen. There is an indoor shopping center where various facilities are housed. Schools and sports accommodation are also available closeby to the building.
