Maison Ceramique

On the south side of Céramique, Maison Céramique is located on the Avenue opposite the Wiebenga Hall. The design is by Charles Vandenhove & Associés from Liege; in his specific way he designed a characteristic and sustainable building. A parking basement with 48 parking spaces, a bicycle shed and individual storage spaces are located on seven floors. On the first floor there are approximately 1,050 m² of commercial space and the main entrance to the apartments. The floors above accommodate seven apartments, ranging from approximately 94 to 135 m² of usable area. The top floor houses just five penthouses ranging from approximately 97 to 171 m². All apartments feature large outdoor spaces with the majority having good sunlight. The apartments have a high level of finishing. The inner garden will be laid out in style to a design by architect Charles Vandenhove. A parking space can be rented in the underground parking lot.
