Apartment building Stoa accommodates eight apartment types distributed among the different residential towers. All apartments have a high quality finish. The A-type apartments on the first floor have a large outdoor terrace and have two floors. The penthouses also have two floors, the others are on the ground floor. From every apartment there is a magnificent view over the Charles Eyck Park, the Maas and the city center of Maastricht. Not only do all apartments have a loggia or a (roof) terrace, but also a sunny living room, a Siematic kitchen with appliances, floor heating in the living room and bathroom, two or three bedrooms and one or even two stylish and fully equipped bathrooms. Everyone has access to an individual storage room in the basement. Residents can rent a parking space in the underground garage.
For environmental reasons, the residences throughout Céramique will be equipped with district heating. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are connected to a mechanical ventilation system. The living room and all bedrooms have a cable and telephone connection. Vesteda has taken out collective glass insurance, so you do not have to take out your own glass insurance.
