Toren van Siza

The Toren van Siza is an apartment building with 17 floors and offers 40 apartments in five different types and a magnificent penthouse. All apartments have a high standard of finish; the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and connection for a dishwasher, the bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and bathtub. The apartments on the four top floors have an even more exclusive level of finishing. The apartments have individually operated blinds (per window) with automatic wind protection.
For environmental reasons, the homes throughout Céramique are equipped with district heating. This means that from a heat source, hot water is transported through pipes to the apartments, providing heat for the individual central heating systems and hot tap water. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are connected to a mechanical ventilation system. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with cable and telephone connections. Parking is available at a resident's rate in the underground Q-park parking garage.
