Nobelpark
There is much to experience in the student city of Wageningen with its historic center and everything is close by! The small town is a bustling city with a nice and car-free center. There is a lot of opportunity for sports, recreation, and relaxation. In particular, the nature in which Wageningen is located, such as the floodplain and the Binnenveld, are a good environment for a pleasant walking or cycling trip. The Nobel Park is located on the edge of Wageningen, but don't worry, the center is reached in just 10 minutes by bike. In addition, the A12 highway is just around the corner and the bus stop is also within walking distance so that you can visit the surrounding towns of Ede or Arnhem in an abbreviated time by public transport! The Nobel Park, with its special architectural style, honors the Dutch Nobel prize winners, including Crutzen, after whom the beautiful Vesteda complex is named.
Crutzen comprises twenty-eight apartments in twenty-seven diverse types. There are a maximum of four apartments per floor, varying in size from eighty-four m2 to 132 m2. All apartments have an outdoor area, and some types even have two. The size of the outdoor areas varies from 14 to 27 m2. There are three and four room apartments available. The residential building has eight floors and on the top floor is the penthouse of 132 m2, with four balconies. The kitchens are equipped with every imaginable luxury such as fridge and freezer, hob, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathrooms have a bath and shower. In Nobelpark, all wishes would come together and who knows, this may soon be your new home!
A mandatory purchase of a parking space on the outside area applies to each apartment.
