The type A units are residential homes with a front and back garden. Storage and parking are found at the front side of the complex. The ground floor has a hall way giving entrance to the kitchen, living room, staircase leading to the first floor and separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a second toilet and there is a washing machine connection present. The second floor is configured to a hobby/storage attic and space for the central heating unit. Type B is the same in lay-out as type A. Only difference is that the storage unit is in the back of the garden.
