The apartments are divided into five types. All apartments have a spacious living room with semi-open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and sink, a separate toilet, a storage room and a balcony adjacent to one of the bedrooms. Due to its location on the ground floor, apartment type 7A has a terrace instead of a balcony. The apartment types 8A and 8B have a partly sloping roof in one bedroom. Type 9 (penthouse) does not have a balcony off the bedroom, but a terrace adjacent to the living room/kitchen. This type has partly sloping roofs throughout the apartment.
The apartments are of high quality. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are connected to a mechanical ventilation system. Heating is done with an individual gas-fired central heating and hot water system. Vesteda has taken out a group glass insurance policy; you do not need to take out your own glass insurance!
