Single-family homes in four types. Two types have an original, Z-shaped living room, and the other two have living room at the back with maximum adjacency to garden. In all types, the ground floor also features a practical, closed kitchen with access to the sunny garden and patio, as well as an ample storage shed (either in front of the house or in the garden at the back). Upstairs, all types have three very generously-sized bedrooms and the modern bathroom with second toilet, bath or shower and washbasin. A fixed staircase leads to the large storage attic.
