Seventy spacious split-level four-and fiveroom apartments (eight unit types) above the Velserbroek shopping centre. The type R apartments (44 units) are accessible from the shopping deck. From the corridor, you enter the spacious, L-shaped living room with open kitchen and sun room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom with washbasin, bath and second toilet, and a storage room. Type S (8 units) is the corner version of type R. Type T (6 units) is identical to type R but with full-length balcony. Type U (4 units) differs (in part) with its large, Z-shaped living room, three bedrooms and a third floor featuring studio and spacious patio. Type V (4 units) is almost identical to type U. The lower floor and loggia are somewhat smaller than in the type U, but the second floor is somewhat larger and the third floor more spacious. Type W (4 units) has an L-shaped living room with sliding doors to the balcony; the bedroom floor is identical to that of the type R. Parking is available at the doorstep.

All houses are between 85-120m2, the larger houses are the corner houses with 3 floor levels. Each house has a private storage on the ground floor.
