The 71 single-family homes (112m² – 124 m²) have underfloor heating on the ground floor and first floor. This facility ensures a pleasant and constant indoor climate. All homes will have an individual ground source heat pump (located at the entrance) and will be completely natural gas-free. Solar panels have also been installed on every home. Westergouwe is located south-west of the center of Gouda. There are sufficient facilities such as a supermarket, childcare, primary school and a health center. Near roads via the N207 to the A12/A20. There is a bus to Gouda Center and the cycling distance to Gouda station is approximately 10 minutes.
