Ittersumerlanden II

Ittersumerlanden is located between the city and IJssel; on one side of the district is the open river landscape and on the other side the city center. This city center has various facilities. Moreover, residents can also take advantage of the various recreational opportunities that the river landscape has to offer.

The houses are located on the Tak van Poortvlietware and the Van Zuylenware. All houses include a spacious living room and a closed kitchen with generous storage room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath, sink and a second toilet. A fixed staircase takes you to the second floor where a spacious attic is located. The variants are distinguished by the presence of a carport, a garage, or an extra storage room next to the house.
