The forty units are arranged in a quad setup (four units per block), with one four-room unit type, two types of five-room unit and one six-room unit type. The four-room units have spacious living room, open kitchen with pantry and attached storage shed on the ground floor. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms and bathroom with bath and second toilet. The two five-room types have the same layout, but with an additional conservatory on ground floor or an extra bedroom upstairs. The special six-room unit has both the conservatory and extra bedroom. Ample parking available around the units.
